But the saying, “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure” fits: involving your legal partner early in the process will not only benefit the association, but also the homeowner experience in some cases. Our firm’s goal is to help create thriving communities with high levels of harmony. To this end, Moeller Graf will provide 30 minutes per month of no charge time* (See details). No need to wonder whether this particular call will fit within a program. It is 30 minutes regardless of the topic or issue.

Additionally, we understand that assessment collections are unavoidable and a critical process for the association to realize its revenue needs. With these subscription plans, your association homeowners will now be able to utilize credit card payments though our firm. You will find this feature is not utilized with most other law firms specializing in Community Law because the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act prohibits passing convenience or other incidental fees along to consumers for debt collection.

Refund Example for an Accelerated Collections Plan:

At the end of a full 12 months on the Accelerated Collections Plan, if the association does not receive $828 in value from your 30 minute monthly attorney credit and the 3% fee on any credit card transactions conducted for recovery by homeowners, Moeller Graf will issue a check within 60 days after your renewal date for the difference between what you paid and received.

$69.00 cost of the plan X 12 months = $828

4 out of 12 months receives the 30 minutes of attorney time $295/hr (the actual amount will be determined on the bill and the 30 minutes will be removed from the highest per hour attorney rate) = $590
