In this class, we will discuss what happens when Association is sued for a slip and fall, filing of insurance claims, common insurance aspects to these types of claims, and how to minimize the potential that these accidents do occur. We will also discuss subsequent remedial measures, notifying owners of a problem that cannot be readily fixed, and the long-term implications of failing to repair slip and fall hazards within the community.
