In this class, we will discuss the two primary association-related bills from the legislative session, HB-1310 (flags and signs) and HB-1229 (nonvegetative turf grass, renewable energy devises, and records). We will discuss what the new laws require and how those may affect existing policies. We will also discuss some of the unanticipated consequences that these laws (we believe) will create on associations and association managers.
