Update in Corporate Transparency Act BOI Filings

Corporate Transparency Act and BOI filings update: On Friday, the Treasury Department issued an interim final rule saying that U.S. or domestic corporations do not need to file the BOI forms.

If there were to be an HOA corporation that was a foreign entity, they might need to be concerned about the BOI filing, but for 99.999% of Colorado HOA corporations, you do not need to file the BOI form anymore.

It is possible that this would change in the future, but extremely unlikely.
