Every member or board meeting contains an agenda item that is nearly impossible to prepare for – homeowner forum. This is the opportunity where homeowners are given an opportunity to address the Board of Directors or their fellow homeowners on topics relevant to the community. Of course, every person would like this agenda item to comprise of an orderly dialogue. However, we all know that it can also spiral out of control.   • Set a time limit for each homeowner which should be uniformly applied;
