Community Associations Continue to Grow Nationwide

The number of community associations across the country has continued to grow. Approximately 80% of all new housing is within a covenant controlled community. More importantly, homeowner satisfaction within covenant controlled communities is strong which means it is unlikely that the continued growth of community associations will stop anytime soon.
