Aurora HOA 101 Series

Want to learn about Homeowners Associations (HOAs) and how they work? Existing HOA board members or those interested in joining an HOA in the future are invited to join the city of Aurora and Moeller Graf Community Association Law for an HOA 101 series. The 3-day series aims to develop and educate neighborhood leaders to help build strong neighborhood connections in Aurora.

  • July 6: Organizational overview and how to conduct and manage the HOA entity

  • July 20: Best practices for conducting association and board meetings

  • Aug. 3: Applicable state and federal laws, including an overview of Fair Housing
