With legislative activities in the HOA space on the rise over the last five years, associations have had to continuously deploy resources and invest in updating critical documents to remain in compliance and enable enforceability. 

The new Compliance Assurance Service creates a predictable cost at a significantly reduced rate should the need for changes arise during the period of its Service. This Service provides creating a policy, keeping the file open, scheduling follow-up, monitoring for legislative changes that may affect the policy, and updating the policy as required.
