"It's Over" – State of Colorado no longer regulates Community Association Managers

After being approved by state legislature, Colorado Governor Polis vetoed HB 1212, the Colorado Community Association Manager licensing program extension bill. In the meantime, there is no manager licensing, no DORA investigation of complaints, and a time to look at things differently.
