In this class, we will reflect upon the fact that managers, members of the board, and homeowners should all be aligned in making the community a great place to live. We will talk about how boards can best work together and formalize their practices so that they can be cohesive even in the face of dissenting views, and so that they can better defend their practices against owners who might want to challenge the board’s decisions.
