About this Event
In this class, we will address the situation of a barking or biting dog within the community. We will talk about common code provisions that might be used to provide assistance, as well as common governing document provisions. We will talk about breed bans and policies that might benefit the community that has a dog problem within it. Finally, we will discuss pet waste on the common areas and ways that the Association can address that issue.
