About this Event
A common source of conflict in community associations is the feeling of separateness—that there are the owners on one side and the board on the other. In this class, we will discuss Ideas for minimizing an “us versus them” mentality between boards and owners, primarily related to communications. We will explore how proactive communication from the board to the owners can minimize this feeling of separateness. We will discuss the use of digital platforms to better support exchange of owner information and we will review some digital platforms available for this purpose.
