In this class, we will discuss what is commonly known as a “working session” of the board. We will discuss the legality of working sessions, the laws on open meetings and owner participation, and the consequences of holding working sessions. We will then discuss alternatives to holding working sessions that might better serve the community and the Board of Directors.
