One issue that comes up with increasing frequency as the questions that board members have about restricting firearms in certain parts of the community, such as a clubhouse or recreational facility. In this class, we will discuss potentially restricting firearms from facilities, how (or if) such a restriction could be enforced, and unanticipated consequences and liability issues for doing so.
