We often are asked about how to, or even when to, or if to deal with tenants, whether it be in addressing covenant violations, having tenants run for the board, or simply having tenants participate at board and owner meetings. In this class we will discuss provisions of CCIOA that require associations to deal with tenants, the way that tenants can be designated by an owner to represent them (power of attorney, proxy, or written designation) and best practices for dealing with tenants.
Classes are designed to be 30 minutes of content with 15-20 minutes of Q&A.
