In this class, we will discuss situations where the majority of the board believes that one or more of its members have "gone rogue." We will discuss how to identify whether that belief is accurate, how to address the situation with the board members at issue, and how to adapt best practices for board conduct to minimize the behavior to continue and, hopefully, reoccur in the future. No discussion about rogue board members would be complete without discussing the personality of the "crusader" board member who believes that he or she is the only one who can “fix” the community.
