In this class, we will discuss some of the unique needs that an aging population may place on an association. We will discuss fair housing issues and other legal and practical concerns that can intensify as the residents become older. We will identify potential legal options for dealing with incapacitated or substantially disabled residents and discuss the potential clash in owner expectations when younger families with children start moving into the community.
