The 2022 legislative session produced several new bills that have the potential to dramatically affect community association operations. The most pressing new law is HB 22 – 1137, which takes effect on August 9, 2022, relates to Association collection and covenant enforcement procedures. This class will provide an overview of the new requirements for and limitations on community associations’ collection and covenant enforcement processes.
