Self-coaching is the skill of asking questions to improve self-awareness and prompt positive action. Everyone can learn to coach themselves, regardless of experience or expertise. There will be step by step instruction on how to be introspective and reap all the benefits from that skill. The ability to see yourself as “in progress,” and to learn and reflect in ways that will cultivate your own self-awareness. Pulling a reference from Brooke Castillo, “The Life Coach School” using her “Model” (C.T.F.A.R) as the necessary steps to work through each of life’s problems. Leaners will be able to make more sound and clear decisions with some practice.
The workshop is one hour of content and one hour of questions and answers.
