January Office Hours Agenda
Following up on our 2020 annual recap agenda from December, this month’s office hours agenda will continue the conversation about goal setting. We will move from talking about the feeling/outcome that is desired and instead discuss the nuts and bolts of goal setting. Attendees will leave the conversation with a better understanding of the following:
How many goals should you have at any given time?
What is the difference between outcome and process goals?
How should you choose a timeframe for a specific goal—and if the goal involves a habit, how long does it take to acquire the habit?
What is a keystone goal, and how can it help galvanize your attention and make many other smaller goals achievable?
