Colorado House bill prohibits HOAs from banning signs and flags based on their message

The Senate approved House Bill 21-1310 on a 25-10 vote on June 1, sending the bill to Gov. Jared Polis. This is not officially law yet at the time of this notification, but is likely to be within a few weeks.
