In this class, will discuss the protected class of "familial status" and how that affects how associations enforce covenants and interpret document requirements. We will also discuss provisions within older declarations that restrict units to "single-family" use and finish with best practices for spotting issues that could result in familial status discrimination.

Upon successful completion of this class, the participant will be eligible to receive 1 CMCA credit.
