In this class, we will discuss the ethical requirements of managers subject to the Community Associations Institute's code of ethics. We will also discuss CAI's publication entitled "rights and responsibilities" and discuss how following the principles embodied in that document might have prevented the 2022 legislative session for being such a firestorm for community associations.
