In this class, we will revisit lessons learned since the start of the pandemic for holding board and owner meetings electronically and/or in person. We will discuss strategies for increasing participation while minimizing the burden of administration. We will review the laws on owner rights at owner meetings and discuss limits on those rights.

This class, if attended in its totality, will earn the learner 1 CMCA Credit Hour.
