In this class, we will discuss covenant enforcement after Colorado House Bill 1137. We will discuss the statutory definitions of violation types, discuss cure options, and what happens if a violation has not cured at different stages of the enforcement proceeding. We will discuss the ability to levy fines and how it relates to collecting those fines under the collection portions of this statute.
