For good reason, these statutes are affectionately referred to as “SOL.” There are a number of laws regarding the timeliness of bringing legal claims. In this class, we will discuss the statutes of limitation most commonly affecting community association operations, how long they are, and when they start running. We will also discuss options to minimize their impact, by agreement or otherwise.
