In this class, we will talk about reserve study and funding requirements, understanding state law on budgeting and best practices such as attempting to bulletproof the process and increasing owner participation. We will also discuss the 2022 vetoed reserve study and funding bill and how that might come back to the legislature in a future session.

Attendance of this class in its entirety will result in 1 CMCA credit being issued.
